What does the demo version show me?
For the demo a product feed from your store, which you provide to us via any file form, is imported. You test the tool with your own products and see directly how it would look in action. This way you can immediately determine whether the technology meets your requirements.
What does Complete the Look mean?
Complete the Look is often also called “Shop the Look” or “Matches it”. With the additional product recommendations, the customer sees directly how the item he is currently looking at can be used in an outfit/look. The look is therefore completed by the further product recommendations.
How do I get help when I get stuck?
You can contact us at any time. We will always advise you free of charge, no matter what it is about.
This depends on the booked package.
Can I share my access with my colleagues?
No, this is not possible for technical reasons.
How high is the effort for integration?
The effort is very low. We only need a product feed from you and you will either receive an API key from us, which you have to install on your site, or you can integrate the tool via a widget. We provide you with the HTML code for this and are also happy to help you if there are any questions or problems.
What data do we need from you?
The product feed must contain at least this data:
Unique Product ID
Store ID
Product name
Deeplink
Image URL
Category
Gender
Price(s)
If you like, you can also submit this data to filter the look even better.
Size(s)
Availability
strike price(s)
Color
Brand
How long does it take to integrate the data feed?
As a rule, we need only a few days, maximum one week. However, if special requests arise, it may take a little longer.
