What if I need help or training?

You can contact us at any time, we will always help you for free, no matter what. Our Customer Success Team only celebrates success if you do.

Where can I log in? Can I share this with my colleagues from another brand?

Logging in is very easy at https://osa.picalike.com. As the reports, filters, settings, etc. are individual, sharing access is not desired and for technical reasons, a user can only be logged in to one browser at a time.

Are there any setup fees?

There are no setup fees for new users. Only a setup fee will be charged when setting up the product feed to compare your own products with those of your competitors and trendsetters.

How many users can I have?

This depends on the package you have booked.

What is an email alert?

We at Picalike can send you an email to keep you up to date on your dashboards. Reports can be sent daily, weekly or monthly as you need them.

What is an export?

You can export any time data from Picalike directly into a CSV table, with the desired data. Are you missing an export? Tell us and we will extend our system according to your wishes. In addition to the exports, we also have APIs that allow an easy and standardized interface to other systems. If you want to know more about our APIs, contact us.

We can build the system ourselves…

This sentence is not unknown to us, many of our customers have said this themselves and had not yet implemented it after some time. You have to understand that the construction of a system like Picalike was and still is developed with incredibly specialized knowledge. It would cost a lot of money that goes far beyond Picalike’s annual fee to develop such software, so it simply isn’t worth it. Picalike is specialized in doing what we do, so you can concentrate on what you do: retail.
