Test Driven Development (TDD): When it comes to testing in software development, the unanimous opinion is that it makes sense and adds value. Nevertheless, the topic often gets a raw deal in projects, for example because it is seen as a separate step that sometimes falls behind, or because approaches such as Test-First often feel somewhat alien to developers. The aim of the workshop is to show how testing and development can go hand in hand, as a pragmatic mix of agile methods and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Finally, a short outlook on testing in AI projects will be given.
This workshop is primarily aimed at software developers. Guest auditors are welcome.

From touchpoint to conversion: attribution modeling to optimize the customer journey:
In this workshop, everything revolves around the question: Which touchpoints are actually relevant until conversion (e.g. purchase in an online shop) occurs? Goetz Greve, Professor of Marketing at the HSBA School of Business administration has worked for many years as a management consultant at the interface between marketing and technology. In the workshop, he will take a look at measuring the success contributions of individual touchpoints along a customer journey and provide an insight into attribution modeling. Small teams will then set up a customer journey mapping with subsequent touchpoint analysis.
